4.7km+3.4km = 8.1km
4+3=7
0.7km+0.4km=1.1km+7=8.1km
2) Maureen covers 3. 9 kilometres by walking and 7.8 kilometres by bike. Find the total distance covered by Maureen.
3.9km+7.8km=11.7km
3+7=10
10+1.7km=11.7km
