How to make a raised garden bed - Victoria M
- On a level section of ground, lay the boards down with their inner corners touching.
- Use a piece of rebar at the center of each for temporary support. Next, prop up the second long side and adjust the alignment of your frame as necessary.
- Hammer rebar a few inches deep a foot from each corner of the short sides and remove the temporary supports. Add two pieces of rebar 2 feet apart along each long side.
- Line the bottom of your frame with newspaper or cardboard and wet it thoroughly. Finally, fill your bed with soil to within a few inches of the top.

Maths Observation
On Thursday we had a Maths observation and we had Mr Den here with us today. Today was fun learning how to add the fractions together and learning some new things. We first got into our Maths group and Mrs Tofa was working with our group which was Taha. We were solving a fractions problem where the each house had 10 liters of water and the two groups that finished there water was Nikau and Kauri, and the 2 other groups that never finished there water was Rata and Kowhai and we needed to solve how much water was left altogether. At first my group that I was working with was a bit confusing but then they explained it to me and then I finally got the hang of it and knew what I needed to do. So this was lots of fun learning something I haven't learnt.
Technology
The Year 7’s had Mr Grundy and The Year 8’s had Mrs Sharma. The Year 8’s were Learning
about Science, While the Year 7’s were learning about Wood Work. I felt very nervous because
I haven’t been to school Lately But I finally caught up with my Learning for Technology class.
Mr Grundy was Teaching us how to keep Safe while cutting out Our Wood Art. We had to learn
the Importance about Wood Work, I Really enjoyed learning about Wood Work because It was
amazing to learn something new.
